How true is it that woman are hypergamous and are loyal to men only as long as some other guy who is more high value comes in the picture and makes them feel the right emotions?

Even men are hypergamous .. Dont most men will leave their current job for a better job that comes along the way? Why accuse only women of being hypergamy
