The hybrid coaching program is a unique in-person coaching program, conducted across locations in India and selected cities abroad.

This program is ideal for Indian residents seeking international exposure, as well as for international participants who wish to begin their coaching journey in India before expanding into global settings.
Program Structure
Phase 1 – In-Person Coaching in India
Begin with two sessions in one of our key cities:
- Mumbai
- Pune
- Hyderabad
- Bangalore
- Delhi–Gurgaon
You’ll work directly with your coach in real-world situations, develop core competencies, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
Phase 2- Absorb, reflect and practice
Take two or more months to apply your new skills, reflect on progress, and prepare for the next stage. This interval ensures learning sticks and paves the way for the next phase.
Note: You will have access to periodic online zoom sessions to ensure continuity and progression along with Whatsapp support.
Phase 3 – International In-Person Coaching
A three or four day immersive coaching program in either Bangkok or Dubai.
Phase 4 - In person Coaching in India
One in-person session in India after International coaching to give the final touches in one of our key cities:
- Mumbai
- Pune
- Hyderabad
- Bangalore
- Delhi–Gurgaon
Additional Support
Multiple periodic Zoom sessions before and after each in-person session and during Phase 2, and WhatsApp check-ins throughout the eight-month program.
These touchpoints guarantee momentum, accountability, and personalized feedback at every step.
Program Duration
Your enrollment for sessions and support remains active for eight months from the start date, giving you ample time to learn, practice, and solidify lasting change.
Your investment into the program
Hybrid programs are designed and priced to cover Pratik’s costs of travel, visas, accommodation and professional coaching.
You can expect to pay Pratik approximately ₹ 1,90,000 – 2,50,000 inc. GST to cover you for 1-on-1 coaching for :
- 3 days within India (2 before and 1 after the International Coaching)*
- 3 days of coaching abroad
- Zoom calls
- Whatsapp support
This program is highly customized in nature. You can add additional days to the program at an additional cost. Please discuss this with Pratik when you get in touch.
Note: The program costs mentioned above only cover Pratik’s costs and coaching fees. Given the dynamic nature of travel, Pratik can’t estimate the cost of your own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
